Terms of Service, Privacy Notice, & Form ADV Part 2
The SEC requires that we make our Form ADV Part 2 and Privacy Notice available to you, our subscriber. Although you are not required to read either document, we suggest you have a look at them. The Form ADV Part 2 is filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) by Registered Investment Advisors. This document discloses important information about the firm including assets under management, types of fee arrangements, types of investments, other business activities, advisor backgrounds, potential conflicts of interest and the firm’s Code of Ethics. The Privacy Notice describes why we collect your personal information, how we use it, who we share it with, and how we protect the information we collect and maintain.
